Here you will find information on how to create, edit and delete a group from any tab: Items, Features, Materials or Attributes.
Creating, naming and renaming groups
To create a new group, you must go to the tab you want and click on Create a group.
Then a field will appear for you to type the name of the folder, after clicking outside the field the folder will be created.
You can also create subgroups within this folder, just right-click on the group and select New subgroup.
The steps to name this subgroup are the same as the group.
To rename a group name, just do a double-click and rename it.
Editing groups
To edit a group, right-click on it and select Edit group.
This will open a new tab in the browser where you will find all the information that can be edited.
The codes are generated automatically, so if you use a slash ( / ) to separate the names, the code will use underscore ( _ ).
On the edit tab you can also rename a group under the names dropdown.
Deleting a group
Right click on the group name and select Delete Group.
When a group is deleted, a dialog appears asking what to do with the content:
Option 1: Move content to "Uncategorised"
- Deletes the group
- Moves all subgroups and entities to the "Uncategorised" group
Option 2: Delete group and content
- Deletes the group
- Deletes all subgroups and entities within it
