Editing items
ln the catalog it is possible to edit one or more items at once. To do this you need to select what you want using CRTL, SHIFT or selecting the checkbox and right-click then select Edit.
Or click on Actions and Edit.
In the new editing tab you will have three options:
Update: update the field if the item already has it;
Add or Update: update the existing field of the items, and if any doesn't exist, it will be added;
Delete: delete the field from the items.
It's possible to edit multiples fields at the same time.
The Delete action can be applied to all items in the current folder.
To do that:
- Select Delete in the Action field
- In the Field dropdown, hover over the required field
- Click on the field without expanding it (e.g., click on "descriptions" instead of selecting a specific sub-field like "main" or "short")
This will affect all items in the folder and all fields under the selected field will be deleted.
