Overview
As a catalog editor, you can convert an IDM source database into CiC format and automatically import it into Articles Hub (AH) with a single action. This removes the need for manual file handling and prepares your catalog for enrichment and authoring immediately after import.
Current Behaviour
After selecting an IDM source file, AH will now:
- Convert the IDM data into CiC format.
- Process the generated ZIP file internally.
- Extract and identify content.zip.
- Import the content automatically into AH.
- Ensure all required CiC schema fields are populated.
Once the process is complete, a draft catalog is created and made available in AH.
