This article explains how to use the Commercial Item List to view pricing details, configuration state, and product information.
Overview
The Commercial Item List displays pricing information for products, including:
- Base price for each product
- Upcharges from features and configurations
- Total calculated price
- Sub-items influencing the price
- Configuration state
Accessing the Commercial Item List
- Open three dots close to the catalog name
Select Add Commercial Item List
- Select a product to load its details
Display options
The following checkboxes are available in the top right corner:
| Option | Description |
| Show Attributes | Displays attributes with refCodes against each product. These attributes are typically used for pricing or integration with external systems |
| Include Configuration State | Shows features available on the product and which options are selected |
| Consolidate | Groups identical products together and displays quantity instead of multiple entries |
Configuration state
When Include Configuration State is checked, the list displays:
- All features available on the product
- The selected option for each feature
Consolidate
When Consolidate is checked, identical products are grouped together and displayed as a single entry with quantity.
Products are consolidated only when both conditions are met:
- Same refCode
- Same attribute values
If the refCode is the same but attributes differ, products remain as separate entries.
Grouping and sorting
Products can be organized by:
- Group by – Separate products by catalog when placing items from multiple catalogs
- Source type – Sort by pricing unit when catalogs use different currencies
Product information
For each product, the following information is displayed:

| 1.Valid Indicator | Green checkbox = price resolved successfully; Red cross = pricing issue (click to see error message) |
| 2. Info | Opens detailed product information. It includes catalog ID, product code, reference codes, name and description, dimensions, classification, quantity, attributes |
| 3. Calculator | Opens price calculation breakdown |
| 4. Availability | Indicates if the product is available in the catalog/inventory |
Price calculation breakdown
The calculation section displays:
| Type | Description |
| Base Price | The base value of the product |
| Upcharges | Percentage-based additions from features (e.g., door style, species combinations) |
| Sub-items | Fixed amounts added by child items (e.g., pulls, handles) |
| Total | Final calculated price |
Sub-items are listed separately with their own base values and upcharges.
