In rare cases, you may need to clear the browser cache or perform a hard refresh.
This should not normally be required, but cached data can occasionally affect application behavior.
Please note that unsaved changes will be lost in both options.
How to clear the cache
To clear the cache, open the browser’s Developer Tools (DevTools).
This can usually be done by pressing F12 or Ctrl+Shift+I (Windows / Linux), or Cmd+Option+I (macOS).
Then go to Application tab and click Clear site data button.
How to perform a hard refresh
Hard refresh ensures the browser loads the most recent version of the page instead of using cached data.
To perform a hard refresh, open Developer Tools, then right-click the refresh button and choose “Empty cache and hard refresh/reload”.
