Managing access rules
Use the following steps for all rule types (Users, Companies, Domains, Products, Countries):
- Select the required catalog version.

Click Access rules icon.

Click Create rule.

Next to the relevant rule type (e.g., Companies, Products, Domains, Users), click the edit (pen) icon.
- Choose the required entries from the list; use the search box if needed.
- Click OK, then Save.
Copying access rules
Access rules can be reused across different versions of the catalog.
- Open the required price list and click Access rules.
- At the bottom of the panel, click the Copy icon
.
- In the Copy access rules dialog, choose the source price list whose rules you would like to copy.
- Click Proceed.
A confirmation pop-up will appear once the copy is complete.
